180c fan oven 25 minutes per 450g plus 25 minutes for medium - 30 minutes per 450g plus 30 minutes for well done.
190c conventional oven 25 minutes per 450g plus 25 minutes for medium - 30 minutes per 450g plus 30 minutes for well done.
